Do you offer Returns, exchanges or refunds?

As a small business I do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns at this time. I am not liable for mail occurred damage or loss.

Allergy warnings:

I own cats and a bird. My materials stay away from cats and bird but it can be sneaky and find it’s way within packaging. Non-smoking household. 

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking number is provided via Email on all orders.


What if my package is damaged or lost?

All Packages shipped in the USA include insurance. There is option for priority (50$) included insurance for 8$- Small priority box or Priority with Full insurance included for 11.60$.


Damage or loss during international shipment is not covered with First Class mail option. Priority mail is the only way to secure full coverage. Tracking number is provided for first class but once it leaves the country it may not be traceable.


Please note:

If you decide to choose priority without extra insurance the difference will not be covered by me. Mail loss or damage is beyond my control. If you have received a damaged package or if your package is lost please contract me right away. I will help you file a claim.
